This image is illustrating a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 10 AM this morning to 8 PM EST this evening for Western and North Central Maryland.  1 to 3 inches of snow is expected through this morning.  a period of moderate snow can be expected during the mid to late laternoon.  Temperatures in the mid 30's witn east winds up to 15 mph.
